Panatra Damas was established in Jakarta, Indonesia in 1986.
Faced with the continuously rising demand for global seabased manpower requirements, our company places premium on serving its clients with the highest degree of proficiency and professionalism.
This has taken place through the untiring efforts of experienced ex seafarers, with the purpose of intially supplying Indonesian crew to all types of vessel including luxury cruise vessels operated by International Principals worldwide.
In addition PT. Panatra Damas has recently expanded its activities to handle recruitment, We have developed and established our own school named LP2B International (Hotel and Cruise Line Training Center) in Bali, which currently operates with 8 branches across the city. Furthermore, we have established a partnership with the Numbers of top hospitality University in Indonesia to supply top graduates for employment opportunities within the Cruise Line and Hospitality Industries. Thereby it can be assured that the service in this sector may be guarantees to be satisfactory.

The Company is well situated in the City headed by the Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Thulik Sukiran has been in the industry for a considerable number of years, having being an hotelier himself,with vast experience in both shore side and on board employment. The Chief Officer is assisted by qualified mariners and competent Line Managers, with a total number of 31 employees
